Our Staff

Our staff are all really special people, dedicated to making a difference.

They all receive comprehensive training in social care, e.g. Personal Care, Moving & Handling, First Aid, Protection of Vulnerable Adults (POVA) and Child Protection and more, plus specialist training as appropriate, e.g. dementia care, Makaton.

We support them through direct observation, supervision, appraisal and career development, including NVQ training. Most stay with us for years.

Many of our staff are or were carers. If you are interested in working in care and feel you have the right empathy then contact us. We value experience and we do support new recruits with full training, shadowing and support.
