Crossroads Care Cambridgeshire and Macmillan Cancer Support formed a working partnership to deliver the highest quality care and palliative support within the Huntingdonshire area.

The cancer and palliative support team provides home-based care to patients, their families and carers, delivering:

  • care recognition


    • We aim to achieve two clear targets:
    • to provide practical and emotional support to people living with cancer, their carers and families

    • to prevent admissions to hospital and residential care for cancer patients who wish to remain home.
